It all began with the development of a medium- and, above all, long-term strategic plan, which has now made the company the largest and most important football representation, consultancy, and advisory firm in Venezuela. It was years of tremendous sacrifice, financial investment, and time. The decision was made to start working with talents from a very young age, some of them still children, organizing their careers and their parents’ vision. Valencia, the capital of the Carabobo state, was and still is the headquarters of this beautiful adventure. The first player they began working with was Luis Manuel Seijas, since he was 12 years old.
